It was a hot sultry late spring night at Mountfair Vineyards and the guests at David and Alexis’s wedding were having a fabulous time! I know because not only did I make the cupcakes, I stayed on with Harvest Moon Catering and helped cook the whole meal!
I just love watching people celebrate love.
For the cupcakes, they chose three varieties.
Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing
Red Velvet, some with Cream Cheese Icing and some with Chocolate Ganache
Lemon, some with Espresso Buttercream and some with Chocolate Buttercream
